Ah, boots. There's a surprise. lol

A co-worker was wearing these with a cute skirt today. Again, nothing I think I could pull off, but it works for her. They are a simple boot, but I like boots anyway and it was this or sneakers! lol They do look cute though. :)

totally sad

No shoes here. :( Sadly the weather has been so weird that everyone seems to be wearing the same thing and I haven't made it downtown to see if anyone is wearing something cute! I need people to send me some pics! ....and as odd as this is going to sound, I don't like 'feet'. I like the shoes that cover the feet. lol So I will have a hard time taking pics of sandals and the like, because I will TOTALLY be judging the person's foot afterwards. lol But if you have any, send them to me!

This is why I do this

My shoes are like family. Ok, not family, but like a friend. Many are generally worn for certain reasons or to places. I can tie events/people to many of my shoes. I hate when I have to get rid of a pair, and it usually takes a lot for me too. Sadly, when I put on these boots today I felt the wiggle in the left heel. As they are 3 inch heels, I can't really ignore it. Ok, I did ignore it at first and wore them to work anyway, but by lunch time...:( So I took them by some flowers to give them a special send off. lol (and walking to the flowers a branch or something came through the sole of the right shoe and poked my foot! So this is a good thing to be getting rid of them now. lol)

Even dolls have to wear shoes...

And whatever doll owned this shoe must of had a rough night! I found this 'shoe' laying at the end of my driveway when I went to get the mail. Cute little pink clog..if not a bit roughed up. lol

Duplicate shoe but....

I went out downtown with two friends. As we walked out of a store we all looked down and noticed that they were both wearing the same shoes. It was too priceless to not be a post in the shoe blog. Even better, while I was taking the pic, two people walked by wearing them as well! Maybe I should get a pair....

It was on St. Patrick's Day, which makes it better.

Now, many people wore green this day. I even had it on my shoes. I almost didn't take any pics though, but while catching some air outside of a bar this woman walks up. All in green, except for these red shoes. Now, I have found that with my new phone, my pictures are CRAPPY when there isn't a lot of light, so this pic does not do these cute shoes justice AT ALL.

Sharing is fun

A friend went shopping for some shoes and found these. She still hasn't told me if she got them or not...guess I'll find out if she wears them. Love the green in them and the lack of 'flowers'. Perfect spring-y shoes. :)

So, before I got sick, well, when I started this blog, I said I wanted others to get involved and take pics and add them. Well my sister sent me this pic of shoes that she had just gotten. She didn't even know I was doing this. lol HA now your shoes are online! :p They are very cute. Her husband reluctantly took the pic for her, but she wanted to share them with me. They are ultra cute. Love the little buckle too.

I don't have the cuteness factor to pull these off

These are the staple shoes for one of my co-workers. Skirts, dresses, pants, skorts, whatever and they look ok for her. I think on me, they wouldn't work so well. She says they are ultra comfy though, and isn't that one of the biggest things? lol

I had these on in the morning. Was going to wear them...and then the weather changed. I love these shoes..but they are the hardest damn things to match things too. I would love to wear them to work more often, but the tan and browns are just thatmuch off from khakis and the like that they look bad. grrr

Got to have the active ones too

Tried going for a walk today, so I wore my workout shoes. These shoes have been great for my hikes. They don't have much style..but they do have green on them. lol

Good for the movies or drinking

I am making myself go out, cold or no cold. Each time I am I am pulling another pair of shoes out of the closet to get some fresh air too. I love/hate these shoes. They are relatively comfortable, but I swear they have the ablity to make my feet look 3 times wider then they are. So I only try and wear them with LONG pants to cover them up. They worked rather well for going to a movie and then out for drinks. Even held up well in the rain.

They take me higher

I love these shoes. Here's a secret, I have big feet. No, at the moment I will not share the size, but I do. These shoes magically make my feet look like little doll feet. I don't know how. Beyond that I love the colors and designs on them. However, they are NOT shoes to be worn for long periods of time. The first time I worn them out for a night I thought I was going to cry. But, I only wore them out for dinner, so all was well.

Shoes for dancing in

After a long day at work (Ok, it was a half day, but I was by myself and I was still sick) I decided, cold or no cold I was going out. I didn't really dress up, but did throw on some spring-ish shoes because the weather was so nice. These shoes held up wonderfully for when I got up on the bench at the bar and started dancing. lol Not what was planned, but was fun none the less.

Went to a local B&G to watch the KU play with some friends. Since I have been sick, I haven't really gotten a chance to wear many cute shoes. (Wearing borning flats or my brown boots to work.) I don't wear these boots very often, because I think I have to be in a certain flirty mood to pull them off. I can't say they are the only shoes I have with a bow, but they are the only ones with the bow in the back and gold trim in the front. :) Pretty comfy too.

The pants totally make a difference

Generally, when I wear these shoes...I hate them. When I got them I thought they were cute but...wearing them is different. I usually pair them with black work pants and they are blah. Today, I was in a hurry and, oddly, this was the first time I wore them with jeans. They looked pretty cute, so figured they were worthy of today's spot.

Seeing as how I have been at home...

I haven't really seen any cute shoes...other then the ones scattered about on my floor. This is one of the reason's I am trying to enlist some help from some friends, that way there are more shoes! lol But I have been sick sick sick, and can't see cuteness in much right now. :( Hopefully tomorrow.
